Golf - What's In My Bag?
I love to play golf but I play rarely. Usually on vacations or trips to conferences and stuff like that. I'm not great but I play at a good pace. No practice swings and I just keep moving... My handicap is 22.5 as of December 2011.
Driver
I play a Great Big Bertha II driver (380cc). I also have a Titleist 975 J-VS driver (312cc) that stays in the garage most of the time. I'm considering trying a newer driver with a larger head (445-460cc). Will see how it goes.
Fairway Woods
I play Callaway Steelhead III fairway woods (#3,5,7,9)
Irons
I play Callaway X-16 irons and carry 5-PW in my bag.
Wedges
I play with two Cleveland wedges: a 56 degree rusty (RTG) sand wedge and a 60 degree tour satin (TSC) lob wedge.
Putter
I usually play with a 34" Callaway Tour Blue TT2 with a Cameron/Winn grip. It's outstanding and rare. I've never seen another one on the course. I also own a 34" Scotty Cameron Newport 2.5, a 34" Odyssey TriForce #2, a 34" Cobra/Bobby Grace "The Lo-Pro", and a 34" MacGregor/Bobby Grace V-Foil MOI M6.4K that sometimes make it onto the course.
Balls
I prefer Titleist golf balls. Either Titleist SoLo or Titleist NXT Tour.
Bags
I have a Sun Mountain C-130 Cart Bag for riding or walking with a pushcart and an OGIO carry bag for if I'm walking the course without a pushcart.
